Rachael Arnold is our Year 3 Teaching Assistant. She was formerly Head of Modern Foreign Languages at a large secondary school. Rachael speaks fluent French and Spanish and has a passion for encouraging children's linguistic skills and introducing them to different cultures. Before joining Alma she also worked with SEN children at a primary referral unit. Rachael is a devoted mother who believes that every child is special. She feels that all children should be inspired to achieve their full potential and develop a strong sense of identity.
